Yeah right. The only mistake she made was saying a word that she obviously uses in regular conversation and let it slip on the air. There is no way that her story holds water. That’s not the way speech works , that’s not the way the human mind works. I challenge you. I challenge anyone, to think of the word “Lakers“, and then start to say “Knicks”, and then immediately correct yourself to say Lakers again. I guarantee you it will not come out anything close to what she said. You couldn’t make it sound like that if you tried. Your brain can’t start a word in the middle even if you’re correcting yourself from saying another word. It would come out like “Knic..Lake, not “ Knickers. Sorry, not possible.
