Active people an consume a lot more, but still do not need to eat anywhere near 200g of protein a day unless you are 200+lb male thats in good shape and active. A 140 pound sedentary woman eating 40% of her calories from protein (~200g) would not be remotely healthy. If you went to 75% fat/20%P/5% carbs (all from low carb veggies) your ratio would likely be even better.
I’m an extremely active 220 lb male. I guess I shouldn’t give sedentary 60 y/o women advice. Point noted.
