Like I say, I’m not the greatest at the specifics of Keto, but I do think it’s important that people know what the Keto experts recommend, and they are quite clear with regard to protein being something like 20-25% of calories.

There are experts and then there are experts. A week from tomorrow, I will have been at this for six years and have vetted a lot of them over the course of this journey. I still have plenty to learn, but the butter chuggers discussing percentages are not the best path to follow IME.

If you haven’t done so already, I strongly encourage you to delve in to the ketogains macro recommendations (including why measurements are more important than ratios/percentages). You can find them on the book of faces, red dit, and on their own dot com page.
