Who else beat the Patriots in the Superbowl twice?

The notion that Eli Manning is even being considered as a Hall of Fame nominee by some is more a statement on the dominance of the New England Patriots over the last 20 years than it is on Manning’s ability as a quarterback.

If he had two Super Bowl wins over any other team or combination of teams, he is probably seen accurately as a mediocre to a mediocre-okay quarterback.

Just my opinion.
