37 Years Ago – “Home mortgage rates slip to 12.73%, lowest in 33 months” – Wall Street Journal headline, May 1983 ….. The monthly payment on a 30-year, $300,000 mortgage at 12.73% would be $3,258 vs. $1,376 for the same mortgage financed at 3.67%
Re the thread I posted about Hillary Clinton’s docuseries, I wondered why they dug Tim Kaine up now. People running against, or posturing at exposing President Trump all seem to have reasons they think they will soon need to defend themselves from exposure.
I went to check what happened to Tim Kaine and learned he’s the junior senator in Virginia! (since 2013). He really fits right in with the vile Governor of Virginia, who’s hard at work trying to strip Americans of their right to bear arms. Gosh, I wonder if Tim Kaine might have anything he’s afraid to have exposed about his career?
