For some reason, even though the character is fictional, and rather different, that reminds me of “Mr. Garibaldi” in Babylon 5. Worse than useless when drinking, and just about the best person you could have at your side in a tough spot, when sober.

Hopefully Rudy can be the latter for President Trump.
