Yes he did this to himself but he was mentally ill. I just can’t understand her not calling the Law or SOMEONE to get him help. Makes no sense to me that she would encourage him to jump off a cliff rather that get him help. Most good Christian people would get help.
I agree. However, in some parts of the country, It’s hard to find a “good Christian person” that can or will help. I moved from Seattle to the bible belt.The difference is shocking.
The thing he most needed help with was someone getting her out of his life. His brain was still developing. Of course, so was hers, which is part of the problem.
FWIW, my wife says that as bad as most people think men are compared to women, women are much worse. They just hide it better. Men are overt about it. Anybody that’s ever watched those old daytime soap operas has seen it in the scripts.
She was a kid, and probably ticked at him for something and was essentially lashing out in anger.
