Should the Miami PD get ready its checkbook for a wrongful termination suit? I am sure the Miami PD has trannies on its force. If they can stay and Mr. Ortiz is fired that seems to me a tort.

Don’t laugh, y’all. This guy is citing the “one drop” rule, and he backs it up by claiming he’s got distant African relatives. This could be true of most of us, and, by golly, would come in mighty handy if/ when it comes time to claim reparations. :-)
