Fortunately my state doesn’t do testing but I’m curious what standard they hold you to for a 20 year old vehicle.
Do they not have an “age out” before they relax the standard?
Cars 1976 and older in stupidfornia. Used to be 25 years or older.....we have cleaner air but feces and typhus on the streets and hpv on the sex organs and HIV in the blood.
In Texas they age out at 25 years.
