Why do you refer to her as Banana Girl?

One of her early gaffes was a charity visit she and Harry made to a women's shelter for "recovering" prostitutes. She and Harry brought each woman a bagful of snacks and fruits. Meghan had written "empowering" slogans on each banana with a Sharpie. You can imagine the eye-rolling from the British public.
