Is there any way to get a warranty on that repair?
When we bought our (now almost 17 yo) fancy fridge....it went out, just short of being one year.
It was the main, electicrical ‘mother board’, and, thankfully, it was barely still under warranty. The repairman said the part was almost as expensive as the fridge!!
It’s still going....hopefully, for another few years.

The part was only warranted for 1 year, boo!
They make stuff so cheaply, it breaks, charge so much to fix it is ridiculous.
A throw away society!!!!
