My Mom and Dad passed within a year of each other. Mom died in January, and in December Dad told us he wanted to be with her at Christmas. They were in their 90s, but it hard to say goodbye.

I’m so sorry you lost them so soon together, it’s much like my own Dad after Mom passed. He was out of sorts and just living day to day with no real joy. We used to take him for rides down to the Jersey shore, but he was so tired he rarely got out of the car. Little did we know he had cancer....
