So the lawyers got him elected?
Nope.
First time he ran, the (then) 'rat governor called a few of his buddies in County Clerks' offices and got enough votes "adjusted" to get him in.
This last time Tester's campaign held voter registration drives in the biggest college towns in the state. Word was that the going rate was one donut for each registration (plus maybe a second for a vote) and Tester wound up winning by..just..about..the..number..of..new..registrations. (The County Clerks did their part by playing dumb to all this stuff as well.)
All the lawyers do is circle wagons around any 'rat pulls a stunt like that until (along with our state MSM) they just bury any comments under a load of BS or legalese.
Same thing applies to anyone tries to investigate or even question the vote.
Sometimes I think "Equal Justice Under the Law" got replaced by law schools with "All That the Traffic Will Bear."
