There have been two federal & a state court cases saying you can’t do recall.
I read somewhere that Justice Thomas said there might be a path by emphasizing the 9 & 10th Amendments. From what I remember he said no one has tried that argument.
Maybe you cant do recall, but what about other methods? He could suddenly decide he needs to spend more time with his family.
