I’m so happy to hear that you are celebrating life.

When my one Grandmother died when I was 23 I wore a vivid red dress to the wake. More than half the people were looking at it and me in shock. My Grandmother loved life and lived it larger than life. Her favorite dress was a bright red one and they would not let her be buried in it, so I was trying to wrote a wrong you could say. I got yelled at for putting a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle in her hand in the casket lol, but no one removed it. A life should always be celebrated and all the good memories relived.

I agree completely.

I wore hot pink to my moms. It was her favorite color. The dress was in her closet with the price tag still on it. And it was just my size. I told everyone she bought it for me.

We laugh and joke and sing and share and share some more.
I wrote my moms eulogy Favorite line. We’re from a family of pilots. We piled it here and we piled it there. Mom hated house cleaning. We all laughed and told stories of her lack of homemaker skills. She had a college degree Was brilliant. Loved outside work but inside???? No way.
