I don't know if the total impact of Mitt's treachery has sunk in with the GOP yet.
One facet is that he has screwed his fellow GOP senators by giving democrats someone (Nitt) to hold up as a contrast to them for their vote to not acquit.
Now democrat senatorial candidates have a false issue to beat on GOP senators with.
Democrats and the liberal media are already swooning over what a principled man Mitt is - not like the other senators who they hlod up as gutless knuckle-dragging Trumpers.
You can bet we will be hearing that spin on the campaign trail in hard fought senate elections this year.
If I was a GOP senator running for re-election I would have a real problem with Mitt for making an already tough election even tougher.

We have Trump on the trail this election cycle he will FIGHT with everything he has got to get the house back AND protect these senators WE have a ton of money AND WE WILL succeed!!! We have made HUGE inroads with the minority vote and if Ronna gets her ass in gear with this BS vote harvesting we will be fine!!!
