In the little clip I saw, the President handed copies of his speech to the Vice President and the Speaker and then turned. I didn't notice him shaking the VP’s hand, either. Did I miss it?

I really don't expect fake niceties between President Trump and Pelosi at this point, anyway. I figure it is all out war at this point, and up until now the President has been pretty much keeping his powder dry.
