Why did Chief Justice Roberts call out both Nadler and Cipollone when it was only Nadler being offensive?

He didn't want the dims accusing him of partisanship.

Even Mike Lee said on TV this morning that only the dims have been uncivil.

I went to bed and missed this, dang, might have been the best moment so far.
