If you were in a union in California you do have a great plan. But no one else does. Not if they are not in a union.
CA. is NOT a right to work state you go to work in the grocery industry you MUST join the union!!! I HATE unions however their medical insurance is EXCELLENT it is the ONLY good thing about a union!!!
