I’m sure he was talking to his wife who was chastising him for looking like such an a$$ and boring everyone till they were working crossword puzzles like Rand, sleeping like Chucky and McTurtle and flat out leaving like all the ones the WP claimed left because their seats were empty.
BTW they didn’t leave the chamber but were standing in the back trying to stay awake.
