The unclassified DOD report surrounding the event stated that the object seemed to go from 60,000 feet to 50 feet over the water within seconds, had no heat or wings, and possibly demonstrated the ability to 'cloak' or become invisible to the human eye" and could even have the capability to "operate undersea completely undetectable by our most advanced sensors." Meaning it behaves rather like the floaters in my eyes have. But the most astounding proof of the superior alien tech. is that it apparently prevents any optical device from ever getting a clear image of one of them!

More likely some technology is being developed to fool electronic sensors...

...prevents any optical device from ever getting a clear image of one of them... Most people these days use the cameras in their cell phones. The auto focus mechanisms usually assume an object up close. They are good cameras for snapshots, but terrible for special circumstances. Also, people shake the camera all the time, but terribly so when they activate the shutter. It is rare indeed when someone can get UFO photographs while the camera is mounted on a tripod.
