I can’t stand most fruit; I do like pineapple, and as for vegetables, as long as there is butter, ok, not big on salad though, yech!

Can't agree there...absolutely can't agree. My perfect “luxury” meal starts with a nice salad (with lots of tomatoes and cucumber slices),maybe some nice New England clam chowder (not of that Manhattan stuff) and then a nice prime rib (end cut) a baked potato with lots of butter,some sweet corn (or beets)...again,lots of butter...to be followed by either a piece of cherry pie or deep chocolate cake.
No substitutions or modifications allowed!
