Most billboard stands are on private property adjacent to highways or, on properties within cities and townships with high traffic.
They pay a monthly fee to the property owner. It would be relatively low cost to simply negotiate a monthly fee with the landowner to place their own billboard stand on the same property. They could then display any message they wish.
Instead of whining they need to get creative and pro-active.

Yup. And even if the property owner is the billboard owner, they're surely not the only ones along the entire stretch of road to the PP facility. There's other landowners on the way that would be happy to have some billboard rental income. And I'm sure that many of the pro-life groups have the fundraising to be able to put up a billboard. If they can afford to rent a bunch of them around the city, they can afford to buy a new one.
