With the national title game in the rearview mirror, we officially can put a bow on the 2019 college football season.
For the NFL draft enthusiasts, its a fun time over the next two months the Senior Bowl, NFL scouting combine and college pro days will help us sharpen the picture of which prospects belong in what ranges and how NFL teams needs will change once the free-agency period begins in March.
We have enough information now to start making more accurate dart throws at our 2020 draft projections, making it an ideal time for our third mock draft for this cycle.

One constant, the Browns will pick a player who will underwhelm.
You know Joe Thomas worked out well....
Anyone who doesn’t take Chase Young, if he’s available is foolish. I’d take Hurts over Tua.
I think Jalen Hurts would be the perfect backup QB in Baltimore.
I’d be surprised if the Dolphins didn’t take Tua.
The Detroit Lions are drafting the entire Davison High School football team that won the 2019 Div. 1 championship.......
They have Tua going to the Chargers. No way anyone in dire need of a QB will draft this guy high, if at all. He will not have fully recovered from his injuries by the time of the draft.
I note that Jalen Hurts is not mentioned here? Seriously?
I am curious if a team will take a flyer on Josh Rosen. I would imagine one can get him for a 3rd round or lower pick.
CBS has 3 mock drafts — all have the Dolphins taking Tua. They have San Diego with an OL, with Hebert, and with a DT.
None of them have Hurts in the first round.
What about Jake Fromm or Jacob Eason?
“By 2035 Bloomberg will also ban sodas, reds meat, and smoking...”
Yep, all those championships while he was there! Yeah, there have been a couple decent picks, but they are few and far between. It’s more the norm for them to blow an entire draft. Who could forget the first round duo of Johnny Manziel and Justin Gilbert?
The one area where the Browns excel, and have few if any peers throughout time is futility. And Jimmy the crook Haslam is determined to keep them on that path. Did you know the 2nd most powerful man in the Browns organization is Paul DePodesta? The baseball moneyball guy. Tells you all you need to know.
Doh, wrong quote.
I heard Eason is higher ranked than Fromm due to his superior physical tools. Both seem headed to be 2nd day picks.
I could see the Pats going with Eason.
Bleacher Report: 23. New England Patriots: Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia
01. ) Tua cannot recover from hip issues and continual ankle issues. His NFL ‘career’ is already finished before it started. If anyone is foolish enough to draft him then it will be a completely wasted draft pick.
02. ) Hurts is not an NFL caliber quarterback.
03. ) Whoever told Fromm that he is a quarterback must have been taking some illegal recreational pharmaceuticals.
Where is Joe Burrow in all of this quarterback talk?
Why would any team take Tua over Burrows?
Would you draft Tua if you were in dire need of a QB?
I can see him going in the 2nd to 4th rounds to a team like Green Bay or other that has a solid QB, but the Chargers?
Secondly, that was a major injury. Major in jury.
