Obama’s NSA would have been too busy with their prayer rugs and Hookah’s.

So will they fix it automatically or will I have to do it?

It will be patched automatically if your Windows updates install automatically. I think of Windows Update as unreliable, so I install updates myself.

Settings > PC Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates

This sounds like a horrible exploit. It somehow gets around digital signatures.

Thank you, NSA.

[[Right after Microsoft stops supporting Windows 7 and forces everyone to 10......how convenient.]]

Yup- and i saw another windows article today touting some ‘serious vulnerabilities’ cropping up with windows, which were promised to be fixed- funny how that article cropped up right before support for windows 7 stops- It almost is like they are trying to scare everyone out of windows 7

If you have your computer’s system settings to allow for ‘Automatic Updates’ it will fix itself, otherwise you have to do it manually...................

Not likely. This was part of the CryptoAPI and support for ECC. This is the core for secure communication. Exploiting this would mean game over for modern security.
