I saw Miami’s Deco in the late 80s and early 90s on a few trips.
Some cities still have remnants.
But it’s disappearing as real estate is replaced by out of state and out of country property investors.
Absolutely. It is good to know that South Beach has achieved National Historic status and that can't happen there.
