I saw a report several years ago by some “Grouper” agency that something like 70% of reports labeled “Gvmnt” was/are fake.
Mount the mouth and eat the meat! Win/win
It wasn’t just Grouper. The worst mislabeling was red snapper.

Is it worth a lot of money - then no.
Is it going in the dumpster - then yes.
Looks to me like a 7 lb bass right next to the camera and the guy standing 6 feet beyond!
