Don Jr. [has] ... already teased about running for governor of New York or mayor of New York City, but a better bet will be a quickie relocation to Montana or some other state, at least nominally, before he launches his political career. Junior has spent a lot of time on the campaign trail and has learned the ropes. Expect to see him at the center of the Trump efforts in 2020 and as a constant presence on social media.
. . . .
Yes, the Imperial Trumps are here to stay. Get ready for four years of the right-wing press writing strained profiles of the Strange New Respect that Ivanka is generating among conservatives, and how the first woman Republican president might not be Nikki Haley but rather the deceptively smart and successful fashion icon supermom Ivanka Trump, who is surprisingly down-to-earth. Theyll discover she has an easy, self-deprecating sense of humor.

Doubt it! Still cant be the GOP nominee as a Democrat though.
Same rule applies to Ted Cruz. Sorry.
I do think we will have a 4 or 8 year break between Trump Sr and Trump Jr. But I do project Trump Jr as being president.
So who in between? Perhaps Kayne West.
LS has been predicting this for some time. Stranger things have happened. I think Kayne has a shot to bridge the Trump gap.
One thing for sure, we are doomed if we go back to an establishment politician as president anytime soon.
Kim Kardashian as FLOTUS, please, just shoot me now. LOL
No more Kennedys, Bushes, Clintons, Obamas or Trumps. We have 350,000,000 people in this country. The odds that the best person for the office just happens to be related to some other person in office are exceedingly slim. Usually, they’re just shithooks with connections. Don Jr. seems to be a fine guy, he can go work somewhere else.
Realistically, Pence is the political heir of President Trump. If Trump romps to an easy win in November - and has coattails enough to have a successful second term - its possible that Trump could follow in the footsteps of Andrew Jackson and Ronald Reagan as the only two sitting presidents (since the passage of the 12th Amendment) to see their VP elected to succeed them in the presidency.
If not, the odds against winning in 24 - whether with Pence or someone else - will be pretty bad. IMHO.
But if Pence were elected, the judiciary would likely be in pretty good shape by 28.
Don Jr. is great. I think his dad’s influence will do wonders in helping him to overcome the swamp gas.
Hear, hear! Senators need to get over themselves; Warren G. Harding was the only senator to beat a governor for the presidency. And VP is not an executive position, and is only a credential if the president who selected him is a very important 2-termer. Not that that matters in the case of former Governor Pence . . .
