A pedophile told a judge he identifies as an eight-year-old girl as he claimed free speech laws entitle him to look at child sex abuse images.
Joseph Gobrick, 45, was sentenced to up to 20 years in prison this week in Grand Rapids, Michigan by judge Paul Denenfeld, who did not buy Gobrick’s strange claims.
“Prosecutors, of course, argued that video and photos of children being raped are not protected free speech.”
And especially not something an 8 year old girl should have access to. Someone needs to call Child Protective Services.

The Supreme Court really put a screw-job on the Constitution. The First Amendment guarantees political speech against the government without government repercussions. It really doesn’t grant any other form of speech. What you can get away with should depend on the size of the fists in the mouth’s immediate vicinity.
