Does Ukraine still manufacture Katuscha rockets? What about the engines for missiles that Ukraine manufactures and that just happen to look like the ones North Korea uses in their missiles?

Thanks. I've been wondering about the massive supply of weapons available in former Warsaw Pact States for a long time and hardly anyone seems to worry much about there being so much supply that they are dirt cheap to anyone with cash.
