State Speaker Carl Heastie is holding up efforts to fix bail reform

Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie says he has no intention of modifying New York’s controversial criminal justice system overhaul, which has enraged prosecutors, police and some judges by nixing most bail requirements and forcing early production of evidence in cases.

“I think I’m ready to let the law continue the way it is,” the powerful Bronx Democrat told reporters at the state Capitol Thursday. “We want safe communities but it is important to have a criminal justice system that treats everybody equally.”

Carl Heastie has been suffering from "all mouth and no brain" syndrome for a number of years now. This new law, which designates about 90% of crimes committed as not serious enough to jail the perp and require them to pay bail to get out of jail until their trial. Oh no, that wouldn't be niiiiicccceee, would it? Gotta pamper dem perps, right? Make sure they have all their riiiggghhhttsss, after they've deprived some else of THEIR rights, maybe even their LIFE. Some of the dummocraps in the NY Assembly [of complete idiots] have second thoughts about this ridiculous legislation they created and then signed off on, probably from the drum beat of ridicule and condemnation of it in the press and by the public. And what about that other jewel they created and voted in, the new law which gives perps the right to know who is a witness against them, and to visit the crime scene, effectively putting any witnesses at grave risk for harm.

Once again, low IQ/low information voters have placed all NYers in harm's way by electing fools like Heastie, who place "diversity quotas" over public safety.

Cuomo is going to have to turn the heat up under Speaker Heastie. This law is as dangerous as it is ridiculous.
It’s making both Mayor deBlasio and Gov. Cuomo look like complicit fools who don’t care about the new wave of Jew Hate Crimes.They in all honesty probably don’t care what the lower classes do, but the flare ups are making them both look bad.

The correction budget is enormous and they could use this money for illegals and other nefarious programs. Close the jails buy lowering the population significantly and vwalla! new found cash to play with. The white folk in NY have buried their heads up their a##es and don’t vote, the Jews will make a deal with Cuomo to stop their attacks, (separate incarcerations on certain ethnic groups) all others will abide by the new laws of no incarceration because the system is racist and the sfachime Cuomo and deblowjob will keep their jobs especially with the new voting laws, rank voting. Rank voting is voter fraud made legal by the rats
