The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 48% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) disapprove.
Oh, well that's a more difficult question. I'm not sure if the money is designated for a specific section or will be used for many different areas at the same time.
However, the suit was originally brought by El Paso County, Texas & the Border Network for Human Rights. So I am guessing, it probably related to the El Paso sector of the wall.
