I think the grammar is weird because it is translating exactly from, I assume Ukranian which may have the same basic grammar rules as Russian. This means sentence word placement which sounds odd in English. Also there is not the, an, or a before a noun.

Generally true but with little experience it is not that hard to understand at all.
