What a bunch of crap-ola. What if you’re interviewing a draftsman? What’s he supposed to say about a drawing of a square or triangle or rectangle, circle, compound curves, arcs, splines, ellipses, ovals, pentagon’s, hexagons, etc? Like I said, what a bunch of crap-ola! Only a liberal would think this is going to get you better people on the job. Way to go HR, you’re part of the problem now.

Never said it would get you better people...People are either right or left brained mainly...When you pair people up, it’s good to know that.

My lead nurse is “A Box” and she’s like a drill sergeant, and she gets things done regardless how routine they are...she likes routine.

Then you have a the squiggle or circle type. They work great greeting patients...

Etc.

In short, this is not to be used for hiring...it’s to be used IMO for getting the most out of your team of people.
