I think the whole thing is fake, phony and false. The images are being manipulated by the press. The same press that says there were 30 casualties from the "rocket attacks" of Iran. Pentagon says NO casualties.

depends. If they didn’t identify nationalities of casualties, both sides could technically be correct.
No U.S. casualties but maybe Iraqi casualties?
