Many years ago my husband, daughter and I were in NYC for a weekend. My daughter wanted to head over to Rockefeller Center and on our way back we found 5th Ave. absolutely packed with people and business people were hanging out of their office windows. I had never seen anything like it and had no idea that it was Howard doing a book signing. He emerged from a limo dressed in a long flowing gown wearing a tiara. The crowd went nuts.
