Like so much of God’s creation, the more deeply one peers into things from atoms to the structure of even simple one-celled organisms, one finds them to be increasingly complex.
My house has holes in it. In fact the wind is coming through window cracks right now, so Im going with the French guys theory.
We will discover that very very tiny aliens live there—and they will be found giving human scientists the middle finger.
;-)
They’re a bunch of dudes that live in a round neighborhood.
It’s like our entire universe is sitting on a shelf in some other universe ...
As silly as that is, it would no doubt make a theme for a funny/comic sci-fi novel. You could write it. LOL
On a shelf in Piccard’s office?...........
Maybe it will lead them to God.
Back in my younger pot smoking days I theorized that inside every single atom was an entire universe and our universe was actually just a single atom.
Luke 8:17 (KJV) For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.
There was a Sci-Fi novel based on that theory.................Some scientists took a single atom of Hydrogen, accelerated it to the speed of light and lowered the temperature to Absolute Zero and created a galaxy held within the confines of a magnetic field..................
i.e. the more wee know, the more we know we don’t know. ;)
Then you have the queerks that self-identify as something else.
If you want to get into a mind bending dive into philosophy, physics and perhaps religious stuff read up on what is called the anthropic principle.

Exactly.
Great obscure reference to a great movie!
Yup.
I recall a story about Einstein who would ask his class at Princeton, “What % of all the knowledge in the Universe, do you believe humans possess?”. The response was usually a low number. He would then ask, “And in that remaining % what is the chance that there is God?”
Just food for thought.
God holds It
