Ya know what’s brave?? Carrying a
child to term, with everyone telling
me to abort, then giving your son
away to a couple who could not have
children. I had neither the means or
maturity to raise a child. And the “father” only offered to pay for
the abortion. So instead of murdering my child because of my stupidity, I chose life. I was 22, junior in college.
Yet my choice is ridiculed and mocked.
It’s like we women who actually do
choose life are invisible. Liberals despise us & conservatives still like
to shame us.
And yet I know I did the right thing.
I tried to make it right.
Maybe God will forgive me.
Sorry to vent & no intentions to offend.
The whole “abortion is brave” BS just
pisses me off. It is the height of
selfishness.

When my 17 year old daughter became pregnant by an older man, at first we were shocked and appalled. This girl never even went out on a date in H.S. She had met him at work and was seeing him behind our back.
Then we thought of the baby, who was to become our first grandson.
She kept the baby. We helped her to finish college And I babysat him for the first three years.
Then she married a fine man and had three more children. They served their church in the mission field for 25 years. My grandson grew up to become a marvelous person. He is getting married next month.
Yes, abortion is the single most selfish act any woman can perform.
