Back in 2014 the Chinese actually sent police officers to help patrol the streets of Paris. I don’t know how far that went, or if they are still there.

It’s funny, maybe I’m just out of touch, but I don’t hear of problems with Indians or Indian neighborhoods. I understand that Indians and Pakistanis might easily be confused with one another since they are basically the same kind of people EXCEPT FOR ONE THING.
