I came to respect Brady and the Pats a few years ago. My family hates me for it, but I have had a lot of fun with it. I came to the conclusion about 5 games ago this is it for Brady. I have told the family that and that the next 4 years will be a beat down and revenge upon New England. I think Brady and Bellichick are both heading on to other things.

The lack of receivers and a tightend is what has limited the Pats. I think also defense can rush Brady or not rush Brady now and it won’t matter. All the energy is put into protecting Tom and not just into running offense at the high level.

Family poured it on on that final pic 6. I earned it I suppose. I still give Brady credit for what he has done all these years.

One problem with having star players in the age of salary caps is how much is left to pay the other players around them; I don’t follow football much (the last two complete games I watched were the two Super Bowls in which our Giants beat the Patriots), but I’d think that this causes problems. Brady was and is great, but is the talent around him as good as it had been?
