Well first they have it backwards.
You have to do something before they quit (or delete) your data.
It should be you have to do something BEFORE they begin to gather your data.
Next, I tried to set up more privacy on another site and they have made it very difficult to navigate around and even when you find where to go there is only once item you can choose to control. For each item you have to go back to the main menu. I am sure this was done on purpose. I am not going to name the site since I believe when people begin complaining that while following the LETTER of the law they are not following the SPIRIT of the law, it will be changed.
