White dwarf matter weighs about a ton per cubic centimeter. If you can carry it, it’s not white dwarf matter. And the electrons have not been stripped—they’re what’s keeping the matter from compressing further. And furthermore, without a lot of pressure compressing it, white dwarf matter would explode.
