Someone who works for food service delivering trays could tamper with medicine as you pass through. You might contaminate the food or the untensils that you leave.
You are not a nurse so could be considered to not be involved in Patient care.

I Should have read the thread before posting! I would have seen your post about him being an accountant! I blind posted that it might be a food service worker.
