Not sure myself.
He was on bail and so, not a fugitive.
Technically he hasn’t jumped bail until he fails to appear in court at the required time.
He wasn’t under house arrest and was permitted to move about inside Japan.
He has violated the terms of the bail agreement.
So, maybe those assisting in his getting out of the country are not in hot water, yet.
