All I know is that extradition is common and particularly so between Western countries.

There is discussion about any nation’s right to decline an extradition request, for their own reasons. An example, I think of is Assange. Or, Snowden.

Seems a nation who suspects a “political persecution” is the motive behind an extradition *request* can more safely be declined on moral grounds. Two nations may disagree on that question, of course.

However, nations like to generally cooperate with one another, in the event that they too request an extradition sometime in the future.

Northern Ireland is a messy Leftist haven for Hillary, who may be inclined to lionize Hillary, not extradite her carcass.

(Frankly, I’m ignorant on the NI independence from IRELAND as a whole, on which of the two is authorized to grant or deny a Request.)
