Duh!

What I had HOPED was that someone would pass these laws up to the Supreme Court in the hopes of finding something illegal in them. But states CAN make their own laws, so... Sigh.

Since I keep sliding into “is anything being done” mode at times I just get encouraged to see it being looked at...and of course I hope it actually goes somewhere.

Yes but Congress passed the motor voter law so is there no accountability for abuse of that law?

I always wondered what “nor prohibited by it to the states” meant in the 10th amendment.
