Photo shop. VJ would have been wearing closer to pig tails in ‘77. The photo text doesn’t match VJ’s speech, upbringing or level of education at that point. I could be wrong of course, but the photo looks recent, and the text sounds masculine to me. The whole thing is out of sync.
