Mexicans aren't being killed on an industrial scale like in the 40's, but I don't think it's accurate to say, 'no one is going around killing Mexicans,' either.
Cartels are going around killing quite a few Mexicans it was at least 33,341 in 2018, and it was a lot more this year. It's not Hitler-scale, but it's a lot in peace time. Someone should point this out to Miss Ronstadt.
