The Chief of Police of one town, Harrington KS, calls out another town, Junction City KS, saying “This is not only bad for McDonalds, but it is also a black eye for Junction City.” Really? Calling it a black eye for another city? One with it’s own Sheriff? A bit dramatic, no?
