The next time you feel short of breath, try this:

Sit down.
Breathe IN through your nose to a count of 5.
Breathe OUT to a count of 5.
Repeat this exercise about 6 to 8 times.

I do this about twice day,and also if my chest feels “tight”
and that makes it feel like you can’t take a breath.
I have COPD too, so I know just how you feel.

Try not to drive yourself nuts by wearing that oximeter all the time.
It might turn you into a nervous wreck, too.

Don’t forget to use your inhalers as instructed!
